You need a new mouse, but you’re drowning in the number of products currently on the market… And what’s more, you’re looking for something a little different. 8BitDo may have the solution with a wireless mouse featuring a top-of-the-range sensor inspired by the design of a legendary console from the 1980s, the NES. Featuring a PAW 3395 sensor, it weighs 77 grams and is capable of reaching 4,000 Hz in wireless mode and 8,000 Hz in wired mode. It has 2 wireless connection modes: Bluetooth and 2.4 GHz. It’s in the latter mode that you’ll get the best responsiveness (without the wired connection).
The mouse comes with a charging station, also in the NES design. If you’re a bit curious, you may have seen that the brand also launched another Retro R8 Mouse version with an Xbox design a little earlier. The technical specifications are the same.
